This 1,200 SF showroom, 7th Avenue, sits inside Ashwood 12 South, a three-story, LEED-certified mixed-use development on 12th Avenue South. The development holds 44,500 SF of shops and restaurants, along with small-format offices, a landscaped courtyard, and 190 parking spaces. A showroom this size has to present a brand clearly in a small footprint, so the layout, finishes, and lighting were built to put the product front and center.
