Ampersand Studios’ second Nashville location brings 25,680 SF of flexible workspace to the fifth floor of the CAA Creative Office Building at Nashville Yards. The buildout includes 64 private offices, four conference rooms, open collaborative workspace, and a fully equipped podcast and production studio with video capabilities.
Following the brand’s original Music Row location, this expansion gives Nashville’s entrepreneurs, creative teams, and growing businesses a workspace built for both daily work and content production, set inside one of the city’s newest mixed use districts.
